To the people of the world:

Somewhere in time and at some point, Aryan men and women have been living under a directive to eliminate the Black race in the name of future true humanity. The historical development of the medical and science proof is overwhelming. It is unfortunate, very unfortunate, but true.

The guarantee of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are disingenuous. In my world, my government is not above or beyond my Constitution. It is a Constitution I have believed in all my life. The U.S. development and proliferation of HIV/AIDS violates every tenant of any true humanity or society. A society that seeks to eliminate…eliminates itself. A world where everyone looks the same before and after their tanning lotion.

If the Negroid race is to be eliminated, and certainly with your early viral work as far back as 1902, then I pray your manipulated future yearns for your brother and sister.

It is truly unfortunate that many of us are centralized in our intelligence. However, these are your government's documents, because you choose to be 'told' information, and lack the fortitude required to attempt to at least try to make a difference, you'll wave your hand away from accessing any of the documents, the truth and facts, on your own. You will wonder and ponder until you no longer exist, nor any of your antecedents.

There is comfort, strength and solace in truth. This path that we have taken down the "center of the double yellow" has been the correct one. If there were not documents, we would not have the 1969 sworn Congressional testimony of the coming AIDS weapon. Oddly enough, the testimony is similar to that of the May 1946 Appropriations hearing where the June 4, 1946 TIME magazine wrote "Better Than The Bomb".

Although the 1957 Appropriations hearing with Gerald Ford was "off the record". It is widely believe that appropriation funded, "Special Operations-X". It also is important to note that "visna" disease isolated in 1957, although he had been identified as early as 1932.

The U.S. Special Virus program should be reviewed and investigated for the true future of all humanity.

We have a 2000 year history of killing the messenger. I am aware of this. We will have no history... if the message is secondary.

The message is: " The fear of the Black man (the Negroid race) has led the Aryan race to a half millennium hunt for a "contagious cancer" that "selectively kills".

Beware Negroid race.... they are preparing the "ultimate epidemic" based on hair and eye color. It will truly be an end to the Black race on the continent of Afrika, and perhaps, ahead of the project date of 2066.

Our efforts relative to the U.S. patented CURE for AIDS, are the only means by which we can thwart their effort. We must now think in terms of a "Master Plan for the Biological Survival of the Negroid Race".

In this "PLAN", we must begin the necessary clinical trials of the AIDS CURE, U.S. patent #5676977. It would be a very short time period before we would know definitively. Then like a fireman putting out a fire, we must 'flood' the continent of Afrika. By restoring the health of the afflicted, Afrika then has a chance to recover by its own people.

The "PLAN" must also include a Congressional review and investigation of the U.S. Special Virus program (the CIA's MK-NAOMI project 1948).

The 1971 flowchart document is a shot that is being heard around our known universe. It is "absolute evidence" of the "racist, twisted, evil mindset of a long standing Aryan elite directive that compels by 'secret order' the elimination of the Black race.

When one considers they had something for African Americans as early as 1902, we need to get off the porch and return to the field of 'review of science and medicine'. There is something that is truly false and fraud-like concerning the growing number of alleged "diseases" that appear to be man made.
