The U.S. Special Virus program is the birthplace of HIV/AIDS. Our President could not possibly have "full confidence" that AIDS is a plague of nature, particularly so when any review of the fifteen progress reports of this secret, federal virus development program would demonstrably prove otherwise. We are certain it is from this virus program.

What We Now Know

There is no doubt, the visna sheep sequences inherent in the HIV genome is proof positive of HIV/s laboratory birth. In the 1971 progress report (#8), the United States makes it very clear they were going to co-mingle visna sheep sequences (and other animal sequences) in human host cells. In 1985, it is Dr. Robert Gallo who confirms that HIV evolved from visna disease.

But wait; on page 39 of the 1971 report, the United States confesses that visna virus had not YET been associated with human disease. The visna sequences alone prove HIV has come from the laboratory. A human test for visna virus would serve as a "standard-bearer" test for people entitled to an apology and reparation.

It is my firm resolve; my government does not have a right to conspire to murder me. I believe I have a right to life that is indeed, inalienable. I will continue to demand accountability of a century long obsession to make a human lentivirus. We now also see that HIV has sequences from other animal cancer viruses.

HIV has sequences from other animal cancer viruses

The United States can only hide; it cannot erase the sequences of other animal viruses that appear in the HIV genome. The handprint of Aryan man will eternally linger in the genetic sequencing of HIV. Most frightening is the Mouse (Murine) Mammary Tumor Virus (MMTV). This rat virus is also man made. Second most frightening is Bovine Visna Virus (BVV). This is another man made virus. It has some similarity with 'mad cow' (BSE) disease.

The record reveals that HIV has sequences from a 1902 horse virus, Equine Infectious Anemia Virus (EIAV), also man made, and a 1904 synthetic goat virus, Caprine Arthritic Encephalitis Virus (CAEV). I could go on, but I think you have a much better understanding that the DNA sequences of HIV are a recombinant, a chimera. According to the Recombinant Identification Program (RIP), the sequences of HIV, 'fall apart', at the precise points where they have been "sliced and spliced"!

Conclusion

The evidence clearly shows you have a federal program that is seeking to co-mingle animal viruses in human cells, one of those viruses being the visna virus. The science reports are correct; visna is the etiological agent of HIV. The 1971 flowchart is, as Dr. Victoria Cargill stated, ".... The people now have "full confidence" that AIDS is a plague of man, and our President is wrong, it is not a plague of nature. We are entitled by law to a full review and accountability of this federal virus development program.

I find it strange, the U.S. Project on Government Secrecy, Dr. Steven Aftergood has been aware of the U.S> Special Virus program for nearly two years, and has yet to utter a word. Mr. Aftergood, you claim that you are not a government agency, yet you like they, remain silent. It does appear the Federation of American Scientists (FAS), your parent organization, is a part of the genocide problem. Humanity must not allow WMD's like HIV.
