Dr. Boyd Graves J.D. has done extensive and accurate work on the origin of the AIDS/HIV virus and surfaced with documented proof that the U.S. Government had a diabolical hand in creating and testing the virus on certain peoples of the world, Black Africans in particular and some gays.

He has written a book on his findings only to have the book pulled from publication by the U.S. government. His website was recently disabled for the same reason. Afromerica has been raising money to support brother graves because of his hard financial situation and have raised some but not enough to continue the efforts to make an impact.

Brother Graves have kept Afromerica and those of his colleagues informed as to developments and the court proceedings in his suit against United States for concealing new information about cures and vaccines that would definitely curb and or kill the AIDS virus; as this is important especially for Africa, the Black community here in America, and throughout the Diaspora.

Below is a rough draft of the court filings that Graves have provided for the masses. He seeks more support from the masses of Black America in his effort to expose the cover up of the AIDS conspiracy. NOW COMES plaintiff, Boyd Ed Graves, who asserts the amended complaint and exhibits filed on April 8, 2005, do serve to sufficiently provide a legal and factual; basis for plaintiff's allegations of a laboratory birth of HIV/AIDS., i.e., the "creation", "production" and "proliferation" of HIV/AIDS.

Oral argument is not required and defendant's motion to dismiss should not be granted. Plaintiff prays the Court will compel defendant to ANSWER the complaint and exhibits. Plaintiff prays the Court will expeditiously schedule this matter for jury participation.

With respect to the second ANSWER filed by defendant Lansdowne, plaintiff will testify at any hearing or trial that he sincerely believed that defendant Lansdowne was conducting a formal investigation of the two incidents of police misconduct. A review of the United States supplemental excerpts brief clearly shows the 'request for investigation' letter to Chief Lansdowne was a significant part of the prior federal case. But for the illegal actions of U.S. Federal Court Judge Jeffrey Miller, who de-certified the Ninth Circuit appeal, WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE PARTIES, and these issues would have been previously litigated. However, it is important to note, that Judge Miller had previously appointed plaintiff to " in propria persona", and as such, at the time of his kidnapping on July 4, 2003, plaintiff was an "officer" of the United States.

In order for plaintiff to be kidnapped by the San Diego police and incarcerated by the United States of America, there had to take place a "meeting of the minds" in which to accomplish this specific result. It is defendant United States who cannot yet truthfully explain why the United States wanted to 'continue the incarceration' of this plaintiff on July 7, 2003.

The Exhibits submitted with the amended complaint are irrefutable U.S. documents of the laboratory birth of HIV/AIDS.

With respect to the exhibits: Exhibit A is the 1971 "Research Logic" flowchart (blueprint) of the U.S. Special Virus program. It is first located at page 61 of progress report #8 of the federal program. The flowchart reveals a five-phase scheme to 'birth' a "special" virus. Phase IV-A "IMMUNOLOGICAL CONTROL" proves the virus would 'impact' the immune system.

In short, Exhibit B provides the legal basis for the allegation of 'development' of HIV/AIDS. U.S. House Resolution 15090, Part VI funding, page 129, under the heading, "SYNTHETIC BIOLOGICAL AGENT" states in pertinent part, the 'synthetic microbe' would 'deplete the immune system so as to allow for the onset of infectious disease.'

Exhibit C is the June 2003 report from the General Accounting Agency. The GAO refused to consider my letter in opposition to the report (attached) or the incriminating rebuttal of the report given by Dr. Len Horowitz (Exhibit E, herein.).

Exhibit D is the Supplemental Excerpts brief of the United States. Exhibit C shows the issues of police misconduct, illegal eviction and conspiracy were central to the legal events occurring in plaintiff's life.

At all times relevant to my thirteen afflictions with HIV/AIDS, I have steadily maintained the origin of HIV/AIDS is not a frivolous issue. I support my belief now with my submission to the Court of my April 11, 2001 brief to the United States Supreme Court (Exhibit F, herein).

WHEREFORE; plaintiff prays this Court will expeditiously schedule this matter for jury participation in that there is a clear issue of disputed fact; either this plaintiff is delusional and mentally ill, or the United States made HIV/AIDS.

May a higher power have no mercy on the United States of America.
