To the People of the World:

Recently I was made aware that there were some (un-credentialed) individuals who believed (erroneously) that I am making naked, unfounded statements about the true (laboratory) origin of HIV/AIDS.

For some reason no one chose to contact me for clarification or additional references or citations. Instead, these individuals felt it was their duty to rebut my laboratory origin of HIV thesis, I guess in which to support an 'out of Africa' origin of HIV/AIDS.

It is necessary to restate my position. We believe the U.S. Special Virus program should be reviewed. The program began 'officially' in 1962, and by 1978 produced 60,000 liters of HIV/AIDS. Dr. Alan Cantwell, M.D., (alancantwell@sbcglobal.net) traced through the available progress reports and made this determination. (See, Cantwell, Queer Blood", page 45).

Thus, if someone were to argue that Nixon shut down biological warfare research, Dr.. Cantwell research proves this argument is false. It would be lunacy to believe the U.S. is not doing biological research. I would be happy to debate this specific point, anytime, anywhere.

U.S. House Resolution 15090

It is amazing people cannot find, read and understand this critical Congressional testimony. Page 129 addresses a new "synthetic biological agent" the U.S. Pentagon was seeking money from Congress to make. The synthetic agent would deplete the immune system so as to allow for the onset of infectious disease.

If HIV/AIDS is from 'nature' as our President proclaimed in his 2003 State of the Union address, then where is my govt's synthetic agent that depletes the immune system? It is odd that people cannot read and understand this critical testimony of the United States.

This June 9, 1969 Appropriation led to Nixon's July 18, 1969, secret letter to Congress on "Overpopulation". Nixon then led the drive for HIV/AIDS as is outlined in U.S. Public Law 91-213, 3/16/70. As he signed this public law (addressing population control), he said there would be "explosive events" in the last third of the 20th Century. He was right.

The U.S. Special Virus (HIV) was attached as 'complement" to the vaccine program of Africa and Manhattan. Thus you saw "dueling epicenters". If an earthquake had two epicenters: that would suggest to you that there was some kind of human interjection into the scenario. A review of the blueprint of the development of HIV (www.boydgraves.com/flowchart?) shows the U.S. was going to place into "clinical trials", this "special" virus it was developing.

It is my firm resolve, that the House resolution and the U.S. Special Virus program, particularly the 1971 flowchart, demand review and accountability.

VISNA
I note also for the record that there has been no explanation given as to the science fact that nazi sheep disease "VISNA" sequences are integrated into the HIV/AIDS genome. This is very important. In the 1971 progress report of the federal virus program, the U.S. concedes that nazi sheep visna disease had not YET been associated with human disease. See page 39. Therefore, how does HIV contain sequences from a 1932 strain of visna disease (strain ks-1514)?

In a February 2001 conversation with Dr. Bob Gallo, he concedes he was a project officer for this program and that HIV evolved from nazi sheep visna disease. HOW? See Science VOl 223, pp. 173 - 177. See also, PROC NAS Vol 83, pp4007 - 11, June 1986, PROC NAS VOl 92, pp. 3283 - 3287, April 11, 1995.

For the record, the PROC NAS is the "Proceedings of the United States of America, National Academy of Sciences".

Conclusion
The references and citations cited above are more than enough for ANYONE who is serious about the ORIGIN of HIV/AIDS to want to question further. The Congressional testimony is irrefutable, so is the 'nazi sheep visna disease' origin of HIV/AIDS.

In the federal lawsuit, Dr. Gallo will be deposed and called as a 'hostile witness' for the people. The truth is: HIV/AIDS is the result of a century long hunt for a "contagious cancer" that "selectively kills". The handprint of Aryan man will eternally linger in the DNA sequencing of HIV/AIDS.
