If HIV/AIDS is man made, then there would be documents, experiments, contracts, policy decisions, public laws and House Resolutions. There are.

HIV is authorized under U.S. Public Law 91-213 (March 16, 1970). In his official remarks as he signed the development of AIDS into law, President Nixon said, (regarding overpopulation), "...there will be explosive events in the last third of the 20th Century".

U.S. PL91-213 is the cement of the United States plan to subrogate the U.S. Constitution in that it authorizes the United States to seek to kill its own citizens and others, in the name of future (White) Americas.

The public law is directly linked to a number of events that took place in 1969. First, the April 4-5 conference at Fort Detrick, "Entry and Control of Foreign Nucleic Acid", second, the June 9 U.S. House Resolution 15090, Part VI funding, page 129 "SYNTHETIC BIOLOGICAL AGENT" and third, The Nixon July 18 "Special Message to Congress on Overpopulation".

In the June 9 sworn testimony, the U.S. Pentagon is seeking funding to make a 'weapon' for which no natural immunity could have been acquired, a weapon that would deplete the immune system so as to allow for the onset of infectious disease.

Congress awarded the Pentagon the money and within ten years (the time period identified) we had HIV/AIDS.

To digress, I believe the 1926 "Virus Cancer Conference held at MIT is also relevant, as well as the 1902 Cold Springs Harbor Laboratory and the 1904 STATION FOR EXPERIMENTAL EVOLUTION".

Equally, the May 1946 Appropriations Hearing confirms that shortly after the infestation of the nazi scientists, beginning in 1945, the United States Pentagon had a "useable" biological agent, the June 3, 1946 TIME magazine article headlined as "BETTER THAN THE BOMB".

Even without the fifteen progress reports of the U.S. Special Virus program, it is relatively easy to see that HIV/AIDS is the result of a century long hunt for a "contagious cancer that selectively kills".

The common denominator appears to be 'fear of a Black planet'.
