Recently there has been a lot of chatter about children being used for AIDS drug trials. As a victim of the AIDS drugs (neviraprine viramune), I write to challenge the media silence (abridgement) on the experiments and contracts of the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 - 1978). I find it strange that even alleged 'independent journalists' are silent when it comes to reviewing and investigating this federal virus development program. The U.S. Special Virus program sought to take an animal cancer (visna) (among other animal viruses), and place it into human host cells. This is the true birthplace of HIV. According to Dr. Alan Cantwell, this federal program made 60,000 liters of HIV!

The secret program's 1971 blueprint www.boydgraves.com/flowchart, proves the U.S. developed HIV as the "special" virus. HIV is 'special' because it has an affinity to an ethnic blood marker, the ccr5 delta 32 positive gene. All people of color have this gene. It is the docking site for HIV. The 1971 flowchart is "irrefutable proof" of the U.S. "creation", "production" and "proliferation" of HIV.

According to (ret.) Colonel Jack Kingston, former Chair of the National Security Advisory Panel, the U.S. 'creation' of HIV is the last great remaining secret of the 20th century. If the U.S. and world press have their way, this will remain a secret. Even the U.S. Project on Government Secrecy is keeping the Special Virus program a secret. We have been 'centralized' in our thinking that some god creature has sent HIV so alleged sexual sins are atoned for with a heavy price. However, any cursory review of the U.S. Special Virus program will definitively prove a laboratory birth of HIV.

This point is truly demonstrated upon review of the 355 pages 1971 progress report (#8) (there are fifteen), On page 39, the United States concedes that visna virus had not YET been associated with human disease. Fourteen years later, Dr. Robert Gallo CONFIRMED that visna virus was the "etiological agent" of HIV. See, Science, VOl. 227, pp. 173 - 7, January 1985.

In 1986, the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) also confirmed that HIV had derived from visna virus. The NAS reported this startling and gross science conclusion in the Proceedings of the United States of America, PROC NAS Vol 83, pp. 4007 - 11, June 1986. The United States cannot explain how sequences from a 1932 strain of visna (Icelandic shee) virus (strain ks-1514) are located in the HIV genome. The explanation is the U.S. Special Virus program. HIV did not come from Africa or monkeys.

Many people have tried to raise the roof over children being used to test HIV drugs, but there is no interest in the many children who were used in the U.S. Special Virus program. In fact, on page 121 of the 1971 report, a 5-year old Black child was used to effect the 'effusion' to continuously produce HIV. At that time it was not called HIV, it was called "esp-1 virus". On page 115, we find that this man made virus was shipped to vaccine developer, Pfizer. The 1971 flowchart proves that the esp-1 virus was placed into "clinical trials', most likely through 'vaccine complement'. Every epidiological review comes to the same conclusion; there was "mass infection" of HIV in the late 1970's and early '80's.

The suppression of the U.S. Special Virus program by the U.S. press is abominable. Mainstream and independent journalists alike are playing a hideous game of genocide, using the greatest weapon of mass destruction the world has ever seen. U.S. Public Law 91-213 authorizes the AIDS pandemic in the name of future White America.

If you have any doubt that HIV was created as a WMD, please review U.S. House Resolution 15090, Part VI funding, page 129. However, if that is not good enough for you to become 'unabridged', then review the May 1946 Appropriations hearing. As was reported in the June 3, 1946 TIME magazine, the United States had a biological agent that was in "useable shape". See, "Better Than the Bomb"

This letter is a challenge to the U.S. and world press. Stop the further suppression of the true laboratory birth of HIV. If GIV is not the result of this federal program, that will be easily provable. However, some of the world's vest experts already say this federal program lies at the genesis of HIV.

The 'establishment's' efforts to control certain population groups cannot be above the law or the press. It is time to review the U.S. Special Virus program; enough people have been murdered in the name of future White America.
