Logic, reasoning, or whatever else defines the absolute thought process of basic common sense was extremely defied when church leaders decided to classify their religious organization as non-denominational, which is an idiom if there ever was one. The concept, supposedly, is to distinguish themselves from all religious organizations and sects by claiming not to be of any religious denomination. However, that is exactly what they are, a religious denomination.

Technically, in order to gain government non-profit status, any organization must have a name; thus, the organizing leaders had to abide by the laws and the government by naming themselves. The fact that they chose not to be of the popular religious sects by name does not eliminate them as "of no denomination." Duh!

The real reason men established this mortal category has nothing to do with uniqueness, but has more to do with descent amongst themselves. Church leaders have divided the Christendom world into so many sections because of disagreement that they either ran out of organizational titles to call themselves, or simply threw up their hands in a desperate act of individualism.

The most curious part of this venture, however, is on what biblical doctrine and word did they find to justify their defection from their original religious sect. In order to establish an entirely new religious movement, church leaders have to come up with sound doctrine to prove that they are right pertaining to salvation and the original group is wrong.

With so many concepts and words of the Bible though, there is more that enough room for hundreds even thousands more sections of the Christian church. Given time, there will be a religious faction of the church simply called, "Bible people." And they will collect from the government just as the other religious groups do.

It is sad how man have butchered the Christian church and its doctrine. There is no wonder people find it difficult to seek salvation, let alone the truth about it. This history of religious mutiny can be traced back to the days of the early Roman church and Catholic sector of Christianity. Men will never agree on social governance and this is why religion should never be mingled with state affairs.

If America were a church, there would be too many congregations.
