I did not write this article to tip toe through the tulips. I did not write this article to pussy foot or to dilly-dally. This article is not being written to beat around the bush. This is not an article written to pin the tail on the donkey. This article is written to pin the tail on the guilty.

Please allow me to explain how one goes about putting a people in the Matrix. Allow me to show the masses how to completely shut down the ability of the masses to think. That is correct. Deprive a people of the ability to think.

Consider the White race. If we had complete and total control of them, just as they have complete and total control of Black people in the United States, I could rob them of the ability to think. The first thing that must be done is to appoint persons over them with the disposition and quality of Cato Kalin, the O. J. Simpson confidant. For the women, I would appoint a person with the disposition and quality of Ana Nicole Smith, the woman who married the old oil tycoon. This has nothing to do with educational background.

They could have no education, or they could have attained a triple PhD. What I am talking about is pertaining to the natural or God given quality of the person at birth, which trumps education. You have it or you do not have it at birth. Now the stage has been set.

As Dr. Frances Cress Welsing would say, you put people with that kind of disposition and quality in leadership or responsible positions in "every area of people activity". Put them in authoritative or influential positions in "Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, and War". Due to the nature of socialization, they will hire and associate with persons with similar dispositions and quality; the persons of greater quality and positive dispositions will be purged. Remember, education is not a factor.

They can have all of the education in the world or they can have no education at all. What is important is quality and disposition of the person. They will not be able to associate with people who may be more capable than they are. So, conversely, they will hire people who they perceive as their equal or less equal.

Brothers and Sisters, given a period of forty years, all of that ignorance and confusion from the quality of such persons will have matured and spread throughout the entire society. People being born during that forty year period will have entered the Matrix.

The children being born with superior ability will have entered a world which those of superior ability is only in name. This will totally confuse the children being born during that forty-year period. They will attempt to adapt to inferior ways of life and behaviors that they suppose must be superior.

Many will attempt to emulate all of that confusion and some will unfortunately succeed. The thinking would be that it must be superior to my thinking if that kind of thinking is controlling economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion sex, and war.

At some point, an intelligent and vibrant mind will completely shut down. It will not be able to make sense of the world. In plain English. A dominant quality person born during that forty year period will be encouraged to interpret the world in an incorrect way but those placed in authority over them will interpret the world ignorantly and has no chance of interpreting the world correctly.

The mind of those born during that forty-year period will shut down. There is no way that the twain will meet. Every White man and White woman they meet will seem to be boot licking, butt licking, buck dancing, bamboozled, half- baked, half fried, sissified, punkified, pasteurized, homogenized white person.

Iraq is fighting a war at this very hour. It is based on who will be chosen to lead them. This is extremely important. Because if people of a lesser disposition and quality assume office, the masses of the people will be doomed. The people will emulate those in power and their cohorts.

Finally, the deception concerning education. American society encourages people to associate education with intelligence: a grave mistake. Education does not change the quality or the make up of the person. If you are born confused, education will only mask your confusion. Education will not improve the quality of your thinking. It will disguise the ineptness. The quality of your thoughts will be the same as they were before one attains a PhD.

It is my opinion that we lost our chance to be free in the 1920's when Marcus Garvey was on the precipice of liberating Black people in America and around the globe. Although not openly discussed, he did not have a degree, which cause great concerned among those Negroes who were university educated.

One was of the first Negroes to graduate from Harvard University. It is the quality and the disposition or the make up of the person that is important. Not the education per se. Some people during that time preferred to see our people enslaved rather than see a person without a degree liberate us. They thought that Black people being liberated by a person who did not hold a university degree would not put them and education in the best light.

Brothers and Sisters, you see the depth of the problem that we face in America. I am sure our great and noble masses will overcome all odds once our situation is properly diagnosed. Yes, we are in the Matrix. But I for one have complete confidence in the masses of our people.
