The Intelligence of My Black People Refer to the above article

I (C.R. Hamilton), would personally like to dedicate a commentary on the issue of the intelligence of Black people. Particularly as a chance to rebut the misleading implications of white scholars and educators, and as a chance to assure my Black people that moral and ethical character is far more important than cognitive ability where character is concerned, and that we should not be dismayed by an attack on our intelligence.

This will be an extensive thesis on the topic of not only the intellectual capabilities of both Blacks and whites, but of the moral and ethical characteristics, and from a logical and socially reasonable stand point, not an academic stand point, thus the study will be one of fairness and not hypocrisy or arrogance.

Please be aware that I am not attempting in no manner to degrade the intellect of whites nor am I attempting to exalt the intelligence of Blacks to the point of superiority, that would be equal to what the white scholars and educators do. I will approach this study with all empirical evidence and research, including historical documentation and current ones.
