Like a relationship gone badly, a woman scorned and abused, the Black Democratic team and its followers are blind to the abuse they take from the left end of the American political system. If Bush can ignore top military officials in the Pentagon, the American people, and Congress, and go in at Iraq alone, what makes Black Democrats think that the U.S. Political system would ever focus on anyone but their own?

When a woman is being abused and battered by a man and her friends plead with her to leave that man yet she cannot seem to hear or see beyond the swollen ears and eyes because she believes in his narrow vision, she is considered in serious denial and needs professional help.

Well, Black Democrats and those who think that politics is the answer to Black America’s woes are in the same type denial; they believe in the political system to the point they cannot think outside the box they have been placed into.

Though hatred for the Republican Party, Bush, and conservatives fuel Black Democrat’s behavior toward voting, they have yet to realize that dependence on and association with the Democratic agenda is not the answer.

“Contact your representative,” is their solution to Black problems. March, protest, vote, get inside the system to change the system, are all strategies used by Black Democrats and is considered “doing something,” or as action or progress. Some even believe they have a chance to be president and could make a difference.

The system can be altered for the benefit of a certain agenda, such as in the case with Bush and Iraq. He has no plans on listening to the people, Congress, or even top military officials; he is going to do what ever he wants for his own interest and the interest of those in his conservative, capitalist, American circle.

Self-sufficiency is the key to Black America’s problems, not dependency or complacency. We must establish our own party, policies, and capital, not trust the Democrats to do it for us. We must withdraw our troops from America’s arena and regroup an army of Blacks who believe in themselves, not in a system that has no intensions on supporting Black America.

Liberal ideas and policies that promise diversity yet uphold a classist system of elitist cliques, arrogance and indifference toward the poor is a ideology that will lead to nothing but a larger-divided class structure based on color, money, and credentials. This is a small box of supremacist concepts that should have folded and put away long ago.
