Why is it so difficult for anyone to believe that conspiracy is a possibility? How deep in denial and state of ignorant bliss must one be to cast off the fact that someone may hate them so much that they will plan the death and annihilation of them even if it takes years to do so. Furthermore, what better motive would one have to have but the actual historical record of physical mutilation and degradation? Who could prove otherwise that one people would have graduated to a more civilized form of humanitarianism only after 30 years of a 200-year reign of terror in the form of racial oppression?

Only after the release of the Jim Crow stronghold did the thought of a supreme conspiracy theory become a reality. Black movements throughout the country gathered intelligence for themselves to warn the Black-American that there were actual plots and schemes that would either further divide or destroy the Black presence in America to a mere minority without one bit of power in the American social, political, or economical system.

In the mist of the struggle to educate Blacks, there was an equal amount of struggle to discredit the thought of a conspiracy. The more Black leaders attempted to educate Blacks the more white-America and Uncle Tom Black leaders attempted to uneducated Blacks and implant serious doubt in their minds, to the point of public ridicule of any such theory. Well there is documented proof that there was and still is such a conspiracy.

The following memo comes from the National Security Council addressed to The Secretary of State, The Secretary of Defense, and The Director of Central Intelligence (CIA) back in 1978 speaking on the subject of Black Africa and the U.S. Black Movements, such as The Nation of Islam, Black Nationalist groups, and all Militant movements. As you read this please remember that the concept then remains to be the concept to this day.
