OPERATIONS COMMUNICATIONS; To Our Nation & Global World:

1. Absolutely and positively yes, the United States Justice Department is racist! The whole God Damned Establishment & Criminal Justice System is based on the ideological principals of White Supremacy & Superiority. Thus racially discriminates against African American Black people of color. This includes Mexicans, Indians, Asians, and Eskimos who are considered subjected minority citizens of the USA.

A. Which the true war against terrorism, war on illegal drugs, war on poverty, war on crime, violence and disease; need to start and stay right here on the North American continental home front. The place where it originates...and: Not over seas invading foreign lands, belonging to other dark melanin colored skin human beings!

2. Moreover, for the past 13 years, beginning back in 1992- 1995; I've been writing the Justice Dept. letters, requesting that they conduct an expeditious and thorough investigation into the racially discriminatory practices being engaged; in Harris County Sheriff's & Police Departments, Houston, Texas, and the Bowie County Sheriff's Dept. Texarkanna Texas.

Concerning the Racial Profiling & Targeting Blacks for bogus traffic stops, wrongful arrests, incarceration, unjust sentencing and false imprisonment, etc. And those Official Documents I received in reply letters are openly posted on my Website: http://www.colorkingdomnwca.com. That is: COLOR KINGDOM New World Creative Arts.

3. My Journal Analysis Report & Legal Case Book Story, starts on web-page #28, With the actual legal documentations listed on page 52... named and dated: U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, December 08, 1995... and March 22, 1995. Which constitutes factual proof of my individual efforts to get these Officials to do their required job, to carry out their sworn duties and responsibilities, to serve to protect each and every American citizen's Civil & Constitutional Rights.

4. Even back in the year 2000, a month before 911... I had a personal interview with the San Antonio FBI; as I made a formal complaint against civil rights violations committed by the Alamo Heights Police Dept.; against my person and property!! Another petition letter was filed with the U.S. Justice Dept. Washington DC; one mailed to President George Bush, his wife Lora Bush, and his Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. Only the Justice Dept. responded... as usual with more sorry ass excuses and alibis, for their dereliction of duty. Non-Feasance & Malfeasance... failure to do their jobs!

5. As a direct and proximate result of their neglect... a blatantly racist Prison Industrial Complex was created. What I call a Modern Day Underground Legalized Slave Trade Market & Jailhouse Prisoner Corruption Racket. Fed by the United States Government CIA sponsored CrackRockCocaine. Thus flooding to epidemic proportions, the poor inner city...urban neighbors and Black communities, across our country from state to state!

Yet these Officials were fully informed, completely aware of all these violations, being engaged against defenseless minority people of color. I will not get off into the details of the story, because I've already written the book, so please take the precious time out and read it. 6. By reason of the above discrepancies, I say that the United States Dept. of Justice, is racist, and is ran by white supremacists who hate African Americans. President George Bush says: "Call me anything but a racist!" Well, I shall grant him that much; because this has been apparently going on during both Democratic and Republican presidential administrations.

While right wing Conservatives and while left wing Liberals were in office; inclusively on the federal, state and local levels. Therefore, to me, from an artist's perspective looking at the big portrait face picture, the principal problem presides with the whole White Supremacist SuperPower Structure!!! Yes, this constitutes An Evil Conspiracy!!

7. Furthermore, our so-called Black leaders, of all capacities must come to this realization. Because it is not what political party WE belong to; but what race and ethnic group of people we belong too! For the System is not colorblind at all, and exploits expediently the color of ones skin, every day of the week. These egregious white (Anglo) Caucasian Euro-Americans, glibly use their options, to play the race card when and how they wish to, or on the sly opt out in complete silence.

A. And now they desire to cry some fictitious "Reverse Racial Discrimination" against whites in voting! Consequently has filed suit against a popular Black male who is the "local Democratic Party chairman Ike Brown." He says, "When I read the letter, it was junk, you know, bogus" in reply to: "Lawsuit Alleges Discrimination Against Whites in Mississippi."

B. A notoriously known deep southern racist state, this is still typical of the old slave plantation days...prejudiced, wicked and evil! Nevertheless, the Awesome Forces of Mother Earth's Divine Nature is devastating and destroying their dogged asses. Smile for Divine Justice, Damnation & Justice!!!

8. Apparently the Justice Dept. can come running to the rescue of the white Caucasoid racial group, but refuse to address the Negroid and Mongoloid races and, or investigate the many important entreaties-complaints-petitions filed, appealing to them to take legal action against those who are violating OUR human and civil rights. This makes it abundantly clear to the whole wide global world; that the United States of America & Federal Government; are Fraud in Fact Liars!

Who purport the ideals of freedom, liberty, democracy, truth and justice; but at the very same time contrive to deny its racial minorities the benefits and protections thereof. What a Clannish gang of racist bigots and hypocrites! We are all American citizens... Homo Sapiens...are we not?

DEFINITIVELY: The Justice Dept. has become the arms of Lucifer Satan the Racist White Supremacist Devil! Of course he work in collusion with the BlackJackAssUncleTomDevil!
