Music is a unifying force. Each generation has its' own style and genre. Often music reflects the woes of society and those who must deal with the changing times. From classical to Rap, music bridges gaps and crosses boundaries bringing people together who forever have remained apart.

For teenagers, music is often the common denominator that solidifies friendships and spawns new relationships. In fact, teens have long been the backbone of the music industry purchasing CD's by the millions every year. Those in the industry realize the purchasing power of teens and produce music accordingly.

Those in the White Power music business are well acquainted with the likes and wants of teens and they are capitalizing on their understanding of youth two fold. They not only want their money - but their souls as well.

With the knowledge of what sells, they have fine-tuned their presentation and methods of advertising to reach our children and to recruit them into their neo-Nazi organizations. It is not only a multi-million dollar business, but an insurance policy that will keep them in business for future generations.

Throughout the last century, protest music was often in vogue. Today, however, it often seems that much of the music embraced by our youth is some sort of protest against not only society, but against all of life in general.

Rap music has been on the chopping block for its often violent and misogynistic lyrics. Death Metal, a favorite of the Gothic crowd, has resulted in more than a few public outcries because of its' glorification of suicide and necrophilia.

Now we are faced with the racist and anti-Semitic stylings of those Hatecore bands who populate the White Power music industry. Utilized as a tool to manipulate and recruit our children, hatecore is rapidly gaining acceptance as a music form in teen America. It is loud. It is racist. And, it is being sold to our children at an alarming rate.

Belittling minorities and advocating violence and sometimes death of entire groups of people, Hatecore appeals to teens who gravitate towards extremes. Generally speaking, Hatecore provides exactly what a lot of teens look for - something so extreme that it sets them apart from others.

The Hatecore promoters know this - in fact, they bank on it (literally). So, what is it all about? Below, you find just a few examples of Hatecore lyrics. And for everyone you read, there are thousands more that are even worse.

We wish to disturb you enough that you check your children's bedrooms and music collection. We wish to disturb you enough that you NEVER let your guard down when it comes to your children. We wish to disturb you enough that you feel compelled to protect your kids from this kind of vermin.

Preying on the unsophisticated and vulnerable teen requires just enough understanding to know that they often lack pride and self-esteem. The racist predator seeks to enhance their self-esteem through taking pride in their race and their country. By giving the children something to be proud of, the racist has established himself as a nuturer. There are thousands of Hatecore songs about racial superiority and White Pride. Here is one example:

WE THE PEOPLE

The use of patriotism in the recruiting of young people often serves the predator well. Most kids are looking for heroes to look up to and someone or something to believe in. Additionally, if parents happen to be listening to the music coming from the bedroom they are unlikely to be upset when they are told that the music is about our country. What they aren't being told is that the music is manipulating their children into the arms of the most pernicious of all cults and that couched within that music is a message of despicable hate.

FOR MY NATION

By singing about societal problems and depicting young men and women as soldiers and warriors who will rid the land of its' troubles, Hatecore gives the disillusioned teen a feeling of empowerment and importance. To many young people this equates to control - something they feel they have never had. Incorporated into many of the songs is also the idea of commitment and dedication to "the cause." This plays on the emotions and needs of the kid to belong to something, to feel like they are part of something.

Promising a race war sometime in the future gives new recruits a purpose. They feel like part of a movement with others who share the same goals. Hatecore screams and screeches about the victory that the white man will call his own:

As much of Hatecore focuses upon blaming minorities for the ills of the world and the war that white people must wage against them, it is little wonder that the music also centers on hatred for minorities. The children who fall prey to these predators are quickly indoctrinated into the bowels of hate. The music is harsh and the lyrics even harsher sparing no ethnic or minority group. The following lyrics are just a few examples of the extreme hatred that is being played out on the teen scene across America and the world in an attempt to garner more support for the White Power Movement. Again...it is brutal, it is vile...please proceed with caution.
