AFRO LIES
news (3K)The Media is Lying To You

The media coverage of the War in Iraq is so pathetically unreal and so obviously untrue, it is not almost, but absolutely sickening. This article will not be placed in the politics or real news section because it is more like a good ole' American fairytale.

The local and cable news channels have come into cahoots with one another and decided to outright lie about what is going on in Iraq, as well as exaggerate, twist, and deliberately masquerade anything that is reality. American media truly believes that we, its viewers are total idiots.

For example, reports say that Iraqi troops wearing American uniforms posed as American soldiers and killed Iraqi citizens. Then later on it was reported that the bullets found in the dead citizens matched that of American artillery shells. The two stories were reported at most a day apart so as to not be connected when in fact it was the same story.

The truth was that American soldiers did kill the Iraqi citizens - maybe mistakenly - but to save face and to protect American viewers from any shock or possible hurt, the media did everything they could to make it look as though Iraqi soldiers were the culprits.

America bombed the Iraqi television station and said it was a mistake. The truth is they bombed the station to stop the Iraqi news from showing humiliated American soldiers around the world. America accused the Iraqi television station of reporting propaganda.

This is the typical American hypocrisy American leaders are best at. They accuse others of propaganda but will allow American media to report lies around the world and even to their own people.

They conceal the number of American soldiers being killed (we will know how many soldiers died in this war, and the one in Afghanistan, 10 or 20 years from now). They lie about how Apache helicopter crashes (they do not crash they are shot down). There has been reported over 15 Apache helicopter crashes from the time of the Afghan invasion to this point today.

If these copters crash this frequently, should we not question the competency of the Air Force mechanics or engineers? The truth is these copters are shot down but the media would never dare admit to it for fear of embarrassment.

They happily report how many Iraqi soldiers are killed while proudly claiming that no American soldiers are killed in certain battles. For instance, in one battle supposedly over 500 Iraqi soldiers were killed and not one American soldier was killed. This would be unbelievable even if it were in a bible story. Though possible, but realistically unbelievable.

No longer do they report from the front lines like they did when the war started, they only speculate as to what they think is going on and what they think the American people will believe. The battles have gotten more intense and they do not want the American people to really see what goes on when someone fights back.

They will gladly report a major victory but will completely ignore or cover up a small defeat. And if they are defeated even in a small way, they turn and blame it on something else like the weather, the moon, or that Iraqi soldiers are not fighting fairly. Fighting fair? Who cares about the rules of engagement when you are being attacked, you do everything you can to defend yourself even if it means cheating.

The American war protest crowd has laid the foundation of American denial when it comes to death and war. They do not want our soldiers killed but they can abort a baby. They do not want Iraqi citizens hurt but they can ignore the children who shoot fellow students in the public school system, thus the American media has to appease the public and lie about everything, deceive the already ignorant, and pretend that everything is honky-dory.

Moreover, America will engage a country with military technology inferior to theirs but will not knock the stick off the shoulder of a country that just may give them a real fight. They whipped Afghanistan's ass and now they are beating the crap out of Iraq.

What about North Korea or China, and do not forget the other countries who obviously and have been reported to own weapons of mass destruction and who harbor and aid terrorist, countries like Pakistan, Syria, Iran, and America's so-called oil-buddy Saudi Arabia. What about these countries, when will America go after them?

Watch and take notes. Once this war has subsided - or the media can no longer bear to report the truth and the war suddenly slips to the bottom of the reporting pile - America will then practice diplomacy in the UN setting because they will not pick on someone (country) that will actually give them a real fight. It is so obvious that America may have a yellow streak and that they will avoid war with any real country.

The American media is sickening. They are liars and will feed the people propaganda of their own, brainwashing the country into thinking that this country is undefeatable and the answer to world peace, when in fact the only reason they have resorted to military might is because their intelligence cannot find bin Laden or anyone for that matter. The CIA and FBI and any other intelligence agency in America is obviously not that intelligent if they have to resort to brute force.

America has a good reason for launching a campaign on terrorism in the wake of 911, but will they go after everyone involved or just the weak ones? This it what it seems America has done and are doing now. America should fight against countries that invoke terror on the rest of the world but if they keep picking on the little guy, somebody is going to finally get pissed off and will want to meet them on the playground. The question is, will America show or will they want to turn to peace talks.

Do not believe what you are hearing reported by the American media unless it seems realistic.
